End of School Year Service 結業頒獎典禮
The End of School Year Service 2018-19 was held on 12 th July, 2019 in our school hall. Awards were presented to students who have had outstanding achievements throughout the academic year.
本校2018-2019年度結業頒獎典禮已於二零一九年七月十二日(星期五)在本校禮堂舉行。頒獎典禮為褒揚於本學年有優異成績的同學。
Our Principal, Mr. Peter YUEN congratulated all classes and students in his opening speech. As Mr. YUEN prepares to step into retirement, he shared insights on his 37 years of teaching and spoke about the importance of reflection. With the song ‘Feet Of A Dancer’, Mr. YUEN encouraged students to find the feet of a dancer no matter what challenges they face in the future.
袁彼得校長在演講中祝賀所有班級和學生。袁校長即將榮休，他回顧三十七年的教學生涯，並分享了反思的重要性。袁校長亦借歌曲 ‘Feet Of A Dancer’ 鼓勵學生們無論將來面對怎樣的挑戰，都要努力克服。
Our Vice-Principal Ms. Cindy YUEN, who has served and devoted to SPKC for 13 years, is going to leave us at the end of this year. On behalf of the school, Mr. Peter YUEN sent a heartfelt gratitude to Ms. YUEN. In her farewell speech, Ms. YUEN shared with Pooikeinians an inspirational Bible verse in Proverbs 4:23 ‘Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.’
袁淑儀副校長在培基書院服務了十三年。袁彼得校長代表學校向袁副校長致以衷心的謝意。在袁副校長的告別演講中，她與培基人分享了一段鼓舞人心的聖經經文。箴言四章二十三節：「你要保守你心、勝過保守一切，因為一生的果效、是由心發出。」
As a symbol of our heartfelt gratitude, our Vice-Principal Mr. William LEE presented a crystal trophy to commemorate Mr. Peter YUEN, who has served as Principal and contributed in SPKC for 11 years.
李建鋒副校長頒發水晶獎座予擔任培基書院領袖十一年的袁彼得校長，衷心感謝他對培基書院的貢獻。
Over 100 Pooikeinians were awarded in the ceremony, including Conduct Awards, Academic Progress Awards, Subject Awards in Form, Academic Awards in Form and so on.
頒獎典禮中共頒發獎項給超過一百位培基學生，表揚他們在各方面的成就。獎項包括良好操行獎、學業成績進步獎、全級學科成績優異獎及全級學業成績優異獎等。

A commemorative book made by all classes was presented to Principal YUEN to reflect on memorable pastimes and to thank him for his leadership. It was filled with photos and messages accumulated over the past year.
所有班級製作了一本滿載回憶的紀念冊給袁校長，以紀念所有難忘的時光，並感謝他的領導。
The representatives of all classes presented a meaningful gift to Principal YUEN to show their appreciation for his service and impact in their education. Mr. YUEN presented each student with a white stone in Secondary 1. To commemorate this significance of Mr. YUEN’s gesture, all classes presented Mr. YUEN with white stones, each inscribed with the name of their class.
各班級代表均向袁校長送上一份很有意義的禮物。袁校長每年都送赠每位中一新生學生一塊白色的石頭，為表達學生對袁校長的教育之恩和謝意，所有班級都向袁校長送上一塊刻有他們班名的石頭。
The staff and students of the 2018/19 Academic Year stood and smiled with content to close another momentous year at SPKC.
最後，全體教職員及學生都懷著感恩之心，以愉快的心情離開。
