“Create Your District” Competition 2023
Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), ‘’Create Your District” Competition 2023 aims at encouraging students to explore the rich history, cultural traditions and city development of the Northern Metropolis and demonstrate their creativity by designing an ideal community, as well as making use of their understanding of surveyors’ roles in sustainable city development for Northern Metropolis.
Zac WONG Chi Ho (5 Joy) and Marcus YAU Ngo Long (5 Peace), have won the 2nd Runner-up in this competition and the prize presentation ceremony was held on 21st October 2023.
In July, students attended the workshop and a guided tour in Northern Metropolis.
In September, students submitted a 3D-model, Story Map and a project report of their work for this presentation and interview.
