Chinese Tea Tasting and Bookmark-Making Event @ SPKC UNICEF Club

The Flag Raising Team and SPKC UNICEF collaborated to organize their first joint event, designed to allow students to taste Chinese tea and repurpose discarded tea leaves into bookmarks.

On February 13, our S1 students introduced different types of Chinese tea to thier schoolmates in the morning assembly following the flag-raising ceremony. They then invited their peers and teachers to try different types of Chinese tea and create bookmarks during lunchtime. 

To our delight, many students participated enthusiastically, making bookmarks and savoring the Chinese tea. Additionally, a video highlighting Chinese tea-drinking culture was showcased. The event not only promoted national identity but also fostered a sense of unity and raised awareness about environmental conservation.
