With the support and coordination of the Employees Retraining Board, our students recently attended a career talk delivered by the Human Resources Manager of Hong Kong Baptist Hospital. The session introduced a range of career opportunities in hospital operations and highlighted how different roles contribute to safe and effective healthcare.
The speaker also shared the core qualities valued by the hospital, such as teamwork, discipline, and a caring attitude. In addition, students learned practical interview skills, including how to prepare in advance, present themselves confidently, and respond effectively to interview questions.
Overall, the talk provided valuable insights and encouraged students to plan their future studies and careers with greater confidence.
