Teen Carer: Experience the Life of the Social Vulnerable Group
Through the programme, students can
- experience and understand the disparity between the rich and the poor in Hong Kong through games, field trips and other activities
- reflect on their life direction and self- worth through the guidance of mentors and peer groups
- be inspired to serve the community and build healthy growth of the whole person
Experiential learning activities of this programme include
- planning training: teach participants how to plan a recycling plan, appeal to friends and classmates, collect and recycle materials
- experiential learning: through experiential games, participants can experience the disparity between the rich and the poor in Hong Kong
- active learning: learn about Hong Kong’s night market and the living conditions of street sleepers
