LEWOWA 2425-22 Taiwan: Tiny citizen roaming the nature among the borderless cosmos

Through experiencing natural and sustainable lifestyle, students will conjure the junction between urban development and conservation.
There are three main learning objectives:

1. Ecological and environmental education:
to reflect on the human impact on the environment
to observe the development of eco-tourism and environmental conservation in Taiwan.

2. Sustainable urban development
to strategise a sustainable and modern lifestyle
to suggest policies and measures to develop in a way that consciously concerns about conservation.

3. Language enhancement
to experience urban lifestyle in Taiwan and formulate the balance between cultural and urban development.

課程讓學生體驗台灣貼近自然而具可持續性的生活模式和農商業活動,讓學生構思都市發展與自然保育的虛擬交叉點。
課程包括三個學習重點﹕

1. 生態及環境教育
反思人類發展對環保的影響。
參考台灣生態旅遊及環境保育的發展。

2. 可持續都市發展
制定具可持續性的現代生活模式。
建議措施及政策推動具保育意識的城市發展方針。

3. 文化體驗
感受具台灣特色的都市生活，並思考文化和都市發展的平衡點。
