Preparing for the Learning Journey Ahead: Highlights from the Parents’ Briefing on LEWOWA

2026-05-28

On the evening of 28 May 2026, our school hall and classrooms buzzed with anticipation as we welcomed parents and education partners to the Parents’ Briefing on LEWOWA. It was a meaningful occasion to align on our shared vision for the upcoming learning journey, clarify key logistics, and address questions ahead of the students’ respective LEWOWA programmes in late June and early July.

During the sharing session in the School Hall, our Principal, Mr William Lee, highlighted the essence of the LEWOWA programme. “LEWOWA is more than just a series of out-of-school activities,” he said. “Through these carefully curated experiences, we expect our students to build resilience, forge deep and lasting friendships, and return with transformative memories that will shape their character for years to come.”

Following the Principal’s address, our Head of LEWOWA Committee, Mr. Simon Leung, took to the stage. He walked parents through the administrative and practical aspects of the programme. He explained the program allocation process and detailed the financial and structural support the school is providing to ensure every student can participate fully and safely.

Indivdual programme briefings started right after the hall sharing session. In these smaller, more intimate settings, programme teachers and representatives from our education partners shared tailored information about specific programs. Parents had the opportunity to ask detailed questions about daily schedules and safety measures. The classrooms buzzed with constructive discussions, and parents left feeling well-informed and reassured.

We look forward to witnessing our students grow, challenge themselves, and thrive during their upcoming LEWOWA experiences!
