S3 BizSpark Marketplace – Creativity, Caring and Commerce in Action

2025-12-04

From 2 to 4 December 2025, the Red Brick Area was transformed into a lively S3 BizSpark Marketplace during lunchtime. The Marketplace, a class-based entrepreneurship competition organised by the Business, Accounting and Financial Studies (BAFS) Department, aimed to cultivate positive values such as healthy living, keen learning and perseverance, while giving S3 students a chance to turn business ideas into reality and care for the community.

Three Secondary 3 companies each brought their own style and strengths. 3 Faith’s company, “Freefaith”, attracted many students with stylish bookmarks and other teen-favourite cultural items. 3 Hope’s company, “Hope and Dreams Enterprise”, focused on sports, offering sport-related keychains and eye-catching popcorn-shaped accessories.  3 Joy’s company “My Mind Up” showcased self-designed house-themed badges and towels, a cute mushroom-shaped pressure releaser and a fun photo-taking service.

Through planning, promotion and serving customers, S3 students strengthened their entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, teamwork and sense of responsibility, while practising the positive values promoted in the competition. More importantly, part of the profit will be donated through the school to support families affected by the Tai Po tragedy, turning students’ efforts into meaningful help for others in the community.
