SPKC Shines in STEAM Competitions
The Science & Engineering Research Academy (SERA) was established in the academic year of 2024-25 with 17 senior form students and 2 junior form students as the founding members, conducting STEAM research projects with the collaboration with the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong. They have been grouped into four student research teams, with each of them performing a research project in a specialization, ranging across Terahertz & Millimeter Wave (Physics), Nanotechnology (Chemistry), Biotechnology (Biology) and AI in Imaging (Information and Communication Technology).
We have successfully concluded the prize presentation ceremonies held over the past few months, celebrating our breakthrough achievements and encouraging results. As a team, we collectively earned an impressive 12 awards, marking an important milestone in the STEAM development at SPKC.
