Physical Education Week 2025/26: The15th National Games Pooi Kei District

2025-10-24

Physical Education Week 2025, held from October 24 to 28, not only transformed our school into an arena of athletic excellence, but also became a platform for promoting national education awareness. By aligning our activities with the spirit of the 15th National Games, students were immersed in the values of unity, perseverance, and civic responsibility that are central to national identity.

Throughout the week, interactive booth games and inter-class competitions reflected the diversity and inclusiveness of national sporting events, encouraging students to appreciate the importance of teamwork, respect, and collaboration across communities.

Special attention was given to cultivating a sense of pride in Hong Kong’s role in the National Games. Students learned about the history and significance of the Games, and their participation fostered a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of citizenship and the importance of contributing to the country’s sporting development.

This meaningful experience successfully deepened students’ connection to national values, making Physical Education Week not only a celebration of sports, but also a cornerstone for strengthening national education awareness within our school community.
