The Third Staff Professional Development Day (26/3/2025)
The third Staff Professional Development Day was successfully held, focusing on the theme of “A.I. and Humanity”. The event aimed to raise awareness about the power of AI and its impact on our future. Our guest speaker from Preface shared valuable insights and experiences, encouraging our teachers to reflect on the objectives of education in the AI Era, including the essential skills and knowledge that our students need to acquire.
The hands-on session, which focused on trying various AI tools, was particularly useful and well received by our teachers. This Staff Development Day has not only enhanced our understanding of AI but also provided us with practical tools to integrate AI into our teaching practices. We believe that this training will help our teachers better prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities in the AI-driven future.
