Unless otherwise stated, no co-curricular activities (CCA) will be held after school one week before UT/Exam till the end of the test/exam. |

Before 0800, students may study in the area near the tuck shop or the pastoral area. |

At 0800, students should go to the school playground for morning assembly as usual but they will be released earlier. |
| (d) |
Students should line up in twos according to class numbers. |

| (e) |
Students should proceed to the assessment venues (classrooms/hall) according to teachers' instructions. Students who take their tests/exams in classrooms should line up quietly outside the venues and wait for invigilators' instructions. |

After the morning assembly, students are allowed to read. |

Invigilators will distribute the papers 10 minutes before the test/exam (in classrooms) / 15 minutes before the test/exam (in the school hall). |

| (a) |
Students should place their books and bags under their chairs. Nothing should be put in their drawers. |
| (b) |
The use of calculator is allowed only if it is stated in the cover sheet instructions. |
| (c) |
Students are ALLOWED to get their stationery from their schoolbag during the test/exam, but they must do so under invigilator's supervision. |

| (a) |
All students should leave the assessment venues (classrooms/hall) and the corridor at once. |
| (b) |
Students may study in the area near the tuck shop or the pastoral area. |
| (c) |
15 minutes before the start of every session, students should go back to the assessment venues (classrooms/hall) and line up in twos quietly outside the assessment venues (for classrooms only). |

(d) Students should go to the washroom before they line up. |
| (e) |
Students should NOT lie on the table even though they claim they have finished the test/exam. |
| (f) |
Students should go home / to the school library (until 17:00) after all tests/exams of the day. |

Students are NOT allowed to open lockers throughout UT/Exam period. |
| (h) |
Students are allowed to leave the school when they have no test/exam but they must be back at school at least 15 minutes before the next test/exam starts. |

| (a) |
If a student cannot sit for the test due to sickness, his/her parents should inform the school by phone by 7:45 a.m. that morning. A parent's letter with an original valid medical certificate must be submitted to G.O. the day when he/she comes back to school. |
| (b) |
No supplementary tests/exams will be given to absentees. AAO will exercise her discretion in the calculation of average mark for promotion purpose. |
| (c) |
Absentees who cannot provide the school with sound evidence would be considered as missing the examinations. Zero mark will be given to the paper missed. |
| (d) |
Mis-reading the examination timetable is not an acceptable reason for being absent. |
