Tap Mun Beach Clean Up
On February 24, 2024, a total of 36 Stewards Pooi Kei College Rotary Interact Club members and Values Education Teachers took an early morning ferry from Yellow Stone Pier to Tap Mun for a mission: To clean up the beautiful beach on the island!
Members enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and the hike leading up to the beach. The fresh air and genuine communication among members made it a memorable day. The sight of the grass, cows, and coastal line served as a reminder of the importance of preserving nature.
A significant amount of plastic rubbish was found and packed by our members. The collected rubbish was then transported to the Rubbish Collection Point at Yellow Stone Pier.
February 24, 2024, will be remembered by the members as a meaningful day when they not only dedicated themselves to a wonderful community service but also forged stronger bonds among themselves.
