| To share the learning outcome of project learning of S1 Pooikeinians in Integrated Humanities, the I.H. project presentation competition was held on 20th June, 2017. The Shatin District (Kwong Yuen) Councillor, Ms. Chan Man Kuen (陳敏娟女士) was invited to be our honourable guest for the competition. |

| The best group from each class was chosen to participate in the I.H. project presentation competition. They investigated the urban problems found in Shatin district by making use of the 4Ps’ Model (Problem, Present Situation, Possible Solutions, Proposal) and making suggestions in order to increase our quality of life. The issues shared were in different aspects, e.g. traffic jam, lack of facilities, lack of support in breastfeeding and pollution problems in Shatin district. With the evidence shown such as photos, results of questionnaires and interview, the Pooikeinians know clearly about different urban problems found in Shatin district. |

| The Shatin District (Kwong Yuen) Councillor, Ms. Chan Man Kuen also highly appreciated the participants’ performance. Although the participants were in S.1, they had a good try in studying social issues in a systematic method. Ms. Chan also shared with us about the role of district council and her daily work which made all Pooikeinians learn a lot. She also treasured the opportunities to listen to the voice of our students. |
