In SPKC, not only do students strive to perfect themselves, teachers also exhaust all avenues to continuously improve themselves. One of the occasions would be the weekly Growth Wednesday. What teachers did for the previous Growth Wednesday was Animal Flow Workshop & friendly Badminton matches. 

Teachers mastered the skill of "BEAST", along with "APE" & "CRAB" as 3 of the most basic skills in Animal Flow.
