Award in JA Company Programme Trade Fair

Our school’s student company, Hawker, has won the second place in Best Offering (School-based track) in JA Company Programme Trade Fair 2016. They are also the Top 5 in Best Booth Design and Best Teamwork. There are 68 secondary schools joining this programme this year, and they sold their self-designed products to the public in Chater Garden on 17 December 2016.
Hawker is formed by twenty one S5 students. To prepare for the trade fair, they had regular meetings with BAFS teachers and two Business Advisors on Saturdays. Hawker’s countless effort gives birth to its self-design products, which aim to bring convenience and stylishness into pupils’ life.
Followed by the success of the pre-sale in school, Hawker has made a further progress in Trade Fair. Well-decorated sales booth and energetic staff with costumes caught the eyes of customers. With high functionality and user-friendly design, Hawker’s self-design penholders won the hearts of the judges. Hawker is awarded the 2nd runner-up in Best Offering, defeating against other student companies.
