Parents should listen to radio or TV announcements and follow the advice of EdB. |

Unless the EdB has made special announcement on closure of schools, the school will operate as usual. |
| RED or BLACK |
|
| (i) Before 6:15 a.m. |
The school will be closed all day. |
| (ii) 6:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. |
Students who have not left for school should stay home.
Students who have reached the school will be advised to stay in school until the heavy rain subsides. They will be looked after by teachers while in school.
There will be no lessons all day. |
| (iii) After 8:00 a.m. |
The school would continue the lessons until the end of the normal school hours and would ensure that conditions are safe before allowing students to return home. |

| In exceptional circumstances, the EDB may announce the closure of schools in only one or just a few districts. Our school is located in Shatin District. |

| EdB has authorized School heads to exercise their discretion on closure of schools should local weather, road, slope, traffic or transport conditions warrant the closure of a school and a general announcement has not been made by the EDB. If such case happens, the school would inform parents by SMS messages, and by displaying such message on the News column of the school website (http://www.spkc.edu.hk). |
